Adeleon Acquires DE HONDT NV in Belgium

Adeleon Invest is pleased to announce the acquisition of DE HONDT NV ("DE HONDT"), a prominent manufacturer of custom aluminum windows, based in Grimbergen, Belgium. This acquisition, finalized almost one year after Adeleon’s successful takeover of Group Vrebos, marks a significant expansion of our presence in the Brussels region.

DE HONDT is renowned for its expertise in tailor-made aluminum window solutions, making it a strategic addition to Group Vrebos. By integrating DE HONDT into Group Vrebos, which includes Vrebos in Overijse and Real Win in Gembloux, we aim to offer our customers an even more competitive and comprehensive range of products and services.

DE HONDT will continue to operate under its established brand and maintain its current location in Grimbergen, thereby enhancing the geographic reach and market presence of Group Vrebos.

We are delighted to welcome the previous owners, Didier De Hondt, Patrick Franqui, and Katrien Simoens, who will continue to actively manage the company.
