Sale of the shares in WESTFA Energy GmbH

Adeleon Familienholding GmbH sells WESTFA Energy GmbH to Mabanaft GmbH

We would like to inform you that Adeleon Familienholding GmbH, formerly WESTFA Holding GmbH, has sold 100% of its shares in WESTFA-Energy GmbH, including all subsidiaries and shareholdings, to Mabanaft GmbH & Co. KG with effect from 1 January 2024 as part of a strategic realignment.  

(The transaction is subject to the approval of the European competition authorities.)

WESTFA Energy GmbH will remain an independent company under the new shareholder and will continue to be managed by the familiar management team.

We are very pleased and confident that we have found a strategic partner for WESTFA. Through this acquisition, we see great opportunities for both companies to strengthen their positions in the energy markets, continue to serve their loyal customers and build on existing relationships.
